(2) informal members will not be guaranteed play time, and may need to pay fees to share the expenses of a game;

(3) informal members don’t have the right to vote or to be elected in the team’s management group.

Rights and responsibilities of invited members:
(1) invited members must be formally invited to our team by the decision of the management committee;

(2) invited members may need to pay fees to share the expenses of a game;

(3) invited members are considered valuable add-ons to our team but play time is not guaranteed.

Section 2: Team Organization and Leader Elections
Our team has a management group that takes care of the team management issues. All formal members can ask to be elected in the management group.
The management group contains:
(1) one team manager and one vice manager, who will take the responsibility to perform the logistics of our team, including (a) managing the team’s equipment (such as jerseys, cones, etc.), (b) arranging games and making announcements, and (c) reporting team status and execute the team’s plan for the new seasons. The current team manager is Yi Pan and the vice manager is Zheng Bian.

(2) one coach group, consisting two to three senior members, who take the responsibility to (a) plan the practice for the team; (b) form line-ups and make strategic decisions in the games; (c) designate the captain of the team on the field; and (d) guarantee every formal player’s play time. The current coach group includes Prof. Zhao, Xin Yang, and Bill Gao.

(3) one financial officer, who manages our team’s funding, provides financial reports, and has the right to raise fundings based on the team’s financial status. The current financial officer is Jun Cao.

All team management members need to be elected once a year from the formal members through voting. The formal members can also vote to evict unqualified members from the committee.
Section 3: Team Disciplines
The team will enforce the following rules for practices and games.
